- Refund is offered on faulty products only, we cannot refund if you simply change your mind.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if the products you ordered are not what you expected or you don’t like them.
- Natural Stress Therapy will refund you 100% of the purchase price of the products if they are faulty.
- Natural Stress Therapy cannot refund the postage or shipping component.
- The faulty products to be refunded must be returned to Natural Stress Therapy within 7 days in their original packaging.
- All postage costs are the responsibility of the clients.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the supplements and/or herbs.
